Booking Conditions

1. Reservation

We do not charge any reservation fees and you do not need to make a down payment for your reservation.

The reservation confirmation you receive from us by email or post makes your booking final.

Check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if there are any imperfections.

In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Early check-in and late check-out must be requested by email.

3. Payment

Payment takes place upon arrival with cash, credit cards, and debit cards.

We accept cash and credit card payments.

4. Breakfast

Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Costs are €15 per person per day.

5. Cancellation Policy

We maintain a 7-day cancellation policy for all bookings.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

6. No-show and Late Cancellation

In the event of a no-show or a late cancellation (within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date), the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the total booking amount.

7. City Tax

A tourist tax of €5.39 per person per night will be added to the total invoice.

This tax is imposed by the local authorities and is not included in the room rates.

8. Credit Card Authorization

To guarantee your reservation, we require a valid credit card.

Upon check-in, we request an authorization on the provided credit card, but this will not be charged at that time.

Please note that if we are unable to obtain authorization on the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
