House Rules

All agreements entered into by us are subject to the Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH). The conditions state that every guest is obliged to comply with the house rules. What are our house rules?

Check-in

From 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight).

Guests must present a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Check-out

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

Age Restriction

The minimum age to check in is 18 years.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking

All rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel are non-smoking (unless otherwise indicated). If we discover that smoking has taken place in the hotel room, we will charge €150.00 cleaning costs.

Alcohol and (Soft) Drugs

Alcohol abuse and the trade in and use of (soft) drugs are prohibited.

Noise Nuisance

Please do not make too much noise between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM out of consideration for the night's rest of our other guests.

Damage

Causing damage and theft from the room and/or hotel inventory will be charged to the person responsible or the jointly liable person.

Internet

In our hotel you can make use of wireless internet (WiFi). It is forbidden to surf to pornographic websites or websites that are prohibited by law.

Prostitution

Prostitution is prohibited in our hotel.

Fire

The use of candles in the hotel room is prohibited.

Fire Extinguishing Equipment

In the event of improper use of fire extinguishing equipment, a minimum amount of €275 will be charged.

Privacy

Under all circumstances we respect your privacy, however we are authorized to enter your room in the event of non-compliance with our house rules and, if necessary, to evacuate your room and remove you from the hotel.
